Kyle Humphreys is a Texas A&M University graduate with a BS in Mechanical Engineering and a Minor in Business Administration. His professional journey began at Chesapeake Energy as a Facilities Engineer, specializing in developing Standards and Best Practices for US Land Operations. Kyle excelled as a Completions Engineer, managing notable projects including the world record frac jobs known as "Prop-A-Geddon." He took on Completion Engineering and Leadership roles in the Utica, Marcellus, Rockies, and Mid-Con, demonstrating his versatility and ability to quickly progress new technologies in operations across multiple basins. Kyle led the Rockies Infrastructure team, cutting facilities costs by 40% while also managing the company's oil, water, and electric infrastructure. In 2021, Kyle led a team of Engineers and Draftsmen, doubling the wellhead compression program in Marcellus and optimized production equipment fabrication. In 2022, he joined Rowan Energy as President & CEO. Over the past two and a half years, Kyle has led the Rowan Energy Team in growing the Rock Knock Out business from 1 to over 100 RKOs in service in nearly every US basin, Canada, Argentina and Australia, while adding additional product lines to the portfolio.

Throughout his career, he has helped companies build strong financial foundations, improve operational performance, and scale responsibly. His background spans the upstream, midstream, and oilfield services sectors, with a particular focus on supporting private equity-backed startups. Bob is a Certified Public Accountant and holds an M.B.A. from Sam Houston State University and a B.S. in Accounting from the Mays Business School at Texas A&M University. At Rowan Energy, he serves as Chief Financial Officer, working closely with leadership to support disciplined growth and long-term value creation.
Cy Thibodeaux is a seasoned professional with over 35 years of experience in the oil and gas industry with an impressive career path. He dedicated over 18 years to Halliburton in both the US and international markets, where he excelled in the Frac, Coil, and Snubbing divisions. Cy later joined Chesapeake Energy, where he served as Completions Superintendent, Construction Superintendent, and Maintenance Superintendent from 2013 to 2022. During his tenure at Chesapeake, Cy played a pivotal role as Operations Manager, contributing significantly to operational excellence and efficiency. Cy joined Rowan Energy in 2022 as Vice President of Operations, leading the company to rapid growth with RKO deployments and 24/7 operational support. His extensive operations experience and strategic leadership skills have been integral in guiding Rowan Energy to becoming a leading oil and gas service company.
Brandon Dore' is a 2006 graduate of the University of Louisiana with a BS in Industrial Technology. His oil and gas career began at Baker Hughes, where he held various roles including Field Engineer, District Engineer, and Account Manager. During this time, he was responsible for projects in the Gulf of Mexico and US Land, managing some of the company's largest commercial accounts. Brandon transitioned to independent oil and gas service companies in Oklahoma and Louisiana as an Account Manager, expanding market share and securing contracts with cutting-edge technologies. In 2023, Brandon joined Rowan Energy as the Operations Manager and focuses on delivering world class service for RKO field operations. He is passionate about innovation, efficiency, and building strong client relationships.
Derrick McFarlane began his oil and gas career in 2009 with BJ Services/Baker Hughes, where he started in frac operations and advanced through increasing responsibility to Materials Manager. In 2015, he joined RockPile Energy Services as a Chemical Plant Supervisor, building expertise in field-level logistics and operational oversight. In 2017, Derrick moved to Pronghorn Energy Services/Hi-Crush as a Field Logistics Coordinator, ultimately progressing to U.S. Land Training and Asset Manager. During his tenure there, he played a key role in strengthening safety culture and driving operational performance across the organization. In 2026, Derrick joined Rowan Energy as Operations Manager, bringing nearly two decades of hands-on oilfield experience in frac operations, logistics, and asset management to the team.
